Terms of Purchase

1. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without your consent.
2. We reserve the right to change or remove your service(s) at any time for any reason!
3. We reserve the right to ban you at any time for any reason without your consent.
4. We reserve the right to publish your personal information at any time without your consent, including but not limited to: first and last name, address, IP, and phone number.
5. Refunds will not be allowed in any circumstance unless it is at our complete and sole discretion.
6. If you want a refund, please contact Jake using the contact links below, trying to dispute, claim, chargeback, or get a refund in any other way is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban from all of our services.

Breaking player rules, staff rules, donor rules, or the terms of purchase will result in your service being revoked and having your account banned at our discretion.

Things to know

1. No one has successfully been refunded by trying to do it the hard way, if you want a refund then just contact me using the methods below! Poor communication is the reason that grief is caused. I can't read your mind so if you want something then contact me! If you try to dispute or claim you are only causing yourself grief.
2. Usually your service is automatically granted within 10 minutes, but this process can take up to 48 hours. Feel free to contact Jake to have your activation reviewed if you feel it is taking too long.
3. If you have a problem, contact me! I'm more than willing to speak with anyone and trying to dispute or chargeback is the wrong way to do it, it causes more grief for everyone.
