What Happened: He put a link in chat that looked like a youtube channel and disguised as a youtube channel to get people to click it so he could phish their ip's and boot them. When you click the link (http://youutube.gq/SFOHTA) it brings you to a site that looks like a Domain name seller based in Tokelau, but its actually a phishing link (just search for "http://youutube.gq" in google and the first result will be an ip grabber called "grabify").
I told a mod, they kicked him but I dont think they really know what he was doing and just thought it was some troll link when I explained it to them. Ive seen people get perma banned for hack-like stuff like this.

The website that allows you to grab ips to fuck with people's Internet. It has a list of fake and slightly off looking website names that you can give to people as links ("youutube" etc.). Nobody else besides grabify owns those links, therefore they're only being used for one thing.
