Add a UTC Clock onto the Home page of the forums so that people can see the UTC time and be able to base the global chat from it instead of having the time be 6:39 UTC but the last message was sent at 5:38 making people think that it is a recent message because they are too lazy to subtract 2 hours or some other bs like taht and make it obvious for autism purposes
